Price Hike ALERT! Maruti Suzuki Car Prices To Go Up From This Date—See How Much More You’ll Have To Pay For Each Variant!

In December 2024, Maruti Suzuki declared a price hike of up to 4% for January 2025 to counter rising costs, the company has now announced further increases.

Homegrown automotive giant Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. has announced a price hike across several of its models, effective from February 1, 2025. The company cited rising input costs and operational expenses as the primary reasons for the increase. According to a statement released to the exchanges, the most significant hike will affect the Celerio model, with prices rising by up to Rs 32,500, followed by the Invicto at up to Rs 30,000 and the Grand Vitara at up to Rs 25,000.

According to a CNBC report, Maruti Suzuki continues to shine in the export market amid challenges, From April to December 2024, the company shipped 245,642 passenger vehicles (PVs), achieving a remarkable 21% year-on-year growth. Impressively, Maruti Suzuki now accounts for 43% of India’s PV exports and is on track to set a new record with around 325,000 units expected to be exported by the end of FY2025.
