CUET PG 2025: The National Testing Agency is set to conduct the Common University Entrance Test (Postgraduate) for the academic year 2025-26 starting from the 13th of March to the 1st of April, 2025. According to the University Grants Commission (UGC), the exams will be held across 43 shifts, covering a total of 157 subjects. The notice stated that the CUET (PG) exams will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode for more than four lakh unique registered students.
The official notice read, “The examination will be conducted in CBT mode from March 13 to April 1, 2025, across 43 shifts of 90 minutes each. The examination will be conducted for 157 subjects for 4,12,024 unique registered candidates, who were allowed to choose up to four test papers/subjects, in line with previous years.”
In a public notice issued by the UGC, it was confirmed that except for the 41 language papers, the question papers will be bilingual (in English and Hindi). Additionally, the MTech or Higher Sciences examination will be conducted in English only, while the Hindu Studies papers will be available in both Hindi and English. Furthermore, the Acharya Papers, Sanskrit only, will be trilingual (in Hindi, Sanskrit & English), except the Indian Knowledge System and Bauddha Darshana.
According to reports, candidates will receive their city intimation slip on the official website of NTA (https://www.nta.ac.in/), 10 days before the exam starts. The registration process for CUET (PG) opened on January 2 and closed on February 8, 2025. Thereafter from February 10 to 12, a correction window was opened to allow for any necessary changes.
