The Indian Air Force has started the registration process for Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2026 under the Agnipath scheme, and eligible candidates can apply online at agnipathvayu.cdac.in from July 11 to 31, 2025. This recruitment initiative provides a unique opportunity for the young men and women of India to serve through the Air Force for four years, with an extension for continued service based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria For IAF Agniveer Vayu
Applicants intending to join Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2026 need to be 17.5 years to 21 years of age on the date of enrollment. Date of birth should fall under the date range from July 2, 2005, to January 3, 2009.
Educational Requirements are stream-based. For students of the Science stream, 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics along with English appeared in the same examination with at least 50% (aggregate) and 50% in English. Similarly, students from an Engineering Diploma in a related stream for 3 years or longer, must present a minimum of 50% (overall) and 50% in English.
For students of Non-science streams, 10+2 in any subject appeared in the same examination with an overall percentage of 50% and minimum of 50% in English, or completed a two-year vocational course with minimum percentages.
As per physical standards, candidates should have a minimum height of 152.5 Cm, weight and our size to age and height. Candidates must also meet Medical standards for the Indian Air Force in terms of medical visual acuity and hearing abilities.

3. Login to your account and click on “Intake 02/2026”.
4. Fill the application form with personal details, academic details and contact details.
5. Upload the documents as stated below:
– Passport size photograph
– Signature
– Left thumb impression
– Class 10th Certificate
– Class 12th/Diploma
6. Pay Rs. 550/- + GST applicable in point of payment, using any online payment option.
7. Submit the application completely and download and save the confirmation page for future reference.
8. Admit cards for the online test will be released 2-3 days before the exam and must be printed along with valid ID proof to gain entry to the exam hall.
