New Delhi: Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma talked about #boycotttrend in Bollywood which affected movies including Laal Singh Chaddha, Shamshera, Dobaaraa, and Raksha Bandhan. Netizens have decided to boycott Bollywood movies due to various reasons. Kapil is all set to be back with the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show.

Reacting to the cancel culture, Kapil in an event said, “Pata nahi sir, me itna intellectual aadmi nahi. Meri abhi apni film aayi nahi hai. Par ye trend vrend chalte rehte hai. Ye sab waqt ki baat hoti hai.”
When a reporter said that Kapil’s close friend Akshay Kumar’s recent film Raksha Bandhan was also boycotted, the comedian-actor stated, “Maine to nahi suna unki koi movie boycott hui. Sir, ye Twitter ki duniyaa se mujhe door rakho. Mai badi mushkil se nikla hoon.”
Laal Singh Chaddha was also boycotted due to Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s controversial statements in past. Everyone, these days, is talking about the #Boycott trend.
Kapil Sharma leaves no opportunity to make his audiences laugh. The ace comedian recently turned show-stopper for Anu Ranjan’s Beti Fashion Show where he was seen making funny poses as he walked through the ramp.
Kapil was wearing a black jacket which he paired up with black-golden pants. Fans even compared him with actor Ranveer Singh due to his attire. “Inspired by Ranveer singh,” commented one user. “RANVEER 2.0,” commented another user. Not only Ranveer Singh, fans even compared his looks with cricketer Rishabh Pant and filmmaker Karan Johar.

On the work front, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu actor, will be back with the new season of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. The comedian shared a preview of his look from the new season on Sunday. Other than Kapil, the show also features comedians like Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Sudesh Lahiri, Bharti Singh, and Sumona Chakravarti. The new season of the show will premiere next month. Other than this, the actor will also be seen in the film ‘Zwigato’ directed by Nandita Das. The film also stars actor Shahana Goswami in the lead.
