Yash Raj Films is bringing yet another script to life, which will be hitting the theatres on July 18. Saiyaara is an intense love story by Mohit Suri. Featuring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda.
Ahaan is a public figure and also the cousin of actress Ananya Panday. However, Aneet is largely unfamiliar to the audience, even though Saiyaara is not her first film, as she has already made her mark in the industry.
About Aneet Padda
Aneet Padda was born on October 14, 2002. She launched her acting career with the Hindi film Salaam Venky. The film was directed by Revathi and produced by Connekkt Media, Suraj Singh, Shraddha Agrawal and Varsha Kukreja, in which Aneet was seen in the role of Nandini alongside Kajol, Vishal Jethwa, Rahul Bose and Aahana Kumra. She was 20 when her first film hit the theatres.
Two years after Salaam Venky, she portrayed a significant role in the Amazon Prime Video series Big Girls Don’t Cry, in which Aneet played the character of Roohi. The show premiered on March 14, 2024, where she was seen along with Pooja Bhatt, Mukul Chadda, Raima Sen and Zoya Hussain. Aside from these projects, she has consistently done several television advertisements for numerous brands.
On the social media front, Aneet has over 35,000 followers on Instagram. Her Instagram bio reads, ‘Authentically pretending.’
About her character in Saiyaara
In an official post, YRF shared the news of Aneet Padda’s lead in the upcoming film Saiyaara, where she will be seen romancing Ahaan Panday in this intense love story. Ahaan will be making his big-screen debut through Saiyaara. The film is presented by Aditya Chopra, directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Akshaye Widhani. Mohit and Aditya Chopra are coming together for the first time for Saiyaara, which is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 18, 2025.
Although fans are looking forward to seeing this fresh on-screen pairing, they are also excited about the other details of the movie, which are yet to be revealed.
