Recently, the Hollywood Reporter has announced the list of the Top 5 Men in the Red Carpet Power Rankings of Met Gala 2025 and to much surprise, Shah Rukh Khan has ruled the list and secured the No. 1 spot.
Shah Rukh Khan Leads With $19 Million Media Impact Value
The Hollywood Reporter, in collaboration with data firm Launchmetrics revealed this year’s Met Gala Red Carpet Power Rankings, on May 12. The rankings were based on Media Impact Value (MIV) which measures total engagement through press coverage, social media buzz and brand visibility.

SRK is at the top in men’s list with a staggering $19 million MIV, surpassing other global celebrities. Lewis Hamilton came second with $9.4 million while India’s own loved Punjabi singer, Diljit Dosanjh has secured the third spot with $7.3 million.
Diljit Dosanjh’s Punjabi Pride Shines
Diljit Dosanjh also made waves with his stylish Met Gala debut. He wore a custom Prabal Gurung outfit, complete with traditional accessories, a sword and a cape decorated with Punjabi alphabets, representing his Punjabi tradition.
His unique look and cultural pride earned him massive global attention and helped him making it to the MIV’s 3rd spot against all International celebrities.
With two Indian stars Shah Rukh Khan and Diljit Dosanjh dominating the Met Gala Power Rankings, it’s a proud moment for Indian cinema and culture.
