Divorce Rumours between Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma have been doing rounds lately. It is reported that the couple could be drifting apart with some even saying that they already live apart. Aishwarya Sharma has eventually come out to speak up and made a cryptic post on the IG story on Thursday. According to her, she has remained silent long enough but thought it was high time to get things straight.
She wrote, “I have been silent for a long time. Not because I am weak but because I have been protecting my peace. But the way some of you continue to write things I have never said, build narratives I have never endorsed and use my name for your publicity without facts or accountability is deeply painful.”
She further added, “Let me be clear: I have not given any interviews, statements or recordings. If you have any real proof, any message audio or video of me saying these things, show it and stop spreading news in my name.”
Aishwarya also said that when it comes to silence, it is misinterpreted, “My life is not your content. My silence is not your permission. Please remember just because someone is quiet doesn’t mean they have nothing to say it means they are choosing dignity over noise.”
On the sets of the TV serial Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Neil and Aishwarya met each other first. Neil was acting in the show and his character was Virat Chavan, and Aishwarya played Pakhi. They dated and got married in 2021 when working together. The couple was also seen in reality shows such as Smart Jodi and Bigg Boss 17.
Aishwarya had praised Neil in an interview with ETimes in February this year, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. She said, “By now, everybody is aware that Neil knows how to handle me and helps me understand things when I am in doubt. Of course, I have a mind of my own and may not agree with everything. Neil solves all the problems because he is the mature one and I am childlike. I like the attention he showers upon me.”
This statement demonstrated that things appeared to be okay a few months earlier. But with rumours going around, fans have been anxiously waiting to know what is going on.
