Shah Rukh Khan’s retro photos from archive has taken over the internet. A rare set of unseen black and white photos of the Bollywood superstar from over 35 years ago is now going viral, and fans are losing it over how raw and real the young SRK looks.

Veteran actor Amar Talwar, who worked with Shah Rukh in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, dropped the throwback gems on social media. The pictures were taken during a train journey from Delhi to Kolkata in the late 80s, featuring Shah Rukh Khan with his group of friends.

“More from that train ride 35 years ago… Delhi to Kolkata… Divya and Dipika and Shah Rukh and Sanjoy and Deepak and Rituraj and Benny and Mohit, and I behind the camera, and where the hell was Barry” Talwar captioned the nostalgic post.

About SRK’s Upcoming Project

After the blockbuster success of Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki in 2023, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to return to the big screen with King, an action thriller directed by Siddharth Anand. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Suhana Khan, Abhay Verma, Arshad Warsi, and Jaideep Ahlawat for a key role.

The film is currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to go on floors on May 20 in Mumbai, with major sequences planned across India and Europe. The film is reportedly to hit the big screen in between October and December 2026.
