The attackers wasted no time, first restraining him by tying his hands, then subjecting him to a brutal assault, and finally marking him with the ominous “PFI” insignia in vivid green color. The shocking reportedly incident occurred on September 24.

Shine’s harrowing ordeal

Shine Kumar, a dedicated soldier serving in the Electronics and Mechanical cadre of the Indian Army, is currently stationed in Rajasthan. In his grievance filed with the police, Kumar described the harrowing ordeal. He detailed how the assailants targeted him, subjected him to physical violence, and even tore his clothing during the assault. The traumatic experience left him branded with the banned organization’s name.

In response to this heinous act, Shine Kumar promptly reported the incident to the local authorities, sparking an investigation into the matter. The assailants fled the scene after committing the crime, but the police are actively working to identify and apprehend those responsible.
