For those dreaming of launching an industry in Greater Noida, the Authority has introduced an industrial plot scheme. In all, forty industrial plots are found in different areas, with plot sizes varying between 450 and 8000 square meters. Application for the program will start being accepted online from Tuesday.
They will be given out following an electronic auction. In the new industrial policy, Greater Noida Authority, according to Authority’s OSD NK Singh, has unveiled a plan to give out industrial land for the first time. This year, the deadline to apply is 20th June.
The locations for these plots are distributed among Industrial Sector Ecotech-1 to 11. According to estimates, the project will attract thousands of crores in investments and provide jobs for about 10,000 people. Now, spots measuring 8000 square meters will be distributed through electronic auctioning.
Similarly, Inspector General of the Stamp and Registration Department, Sameer Verma, organized a meeting in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday. During the meeting, the Inspector General listened as representatives from Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna and Bulandshahr explained the situation and ordered them to help get the allottees’ flats registered. Assistant Inspector General of Registration and Sub Registrar of Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr were instructed to try and complete the assigned goals by 2025-26.
Special attention was given to having ADM Finance and Revenue speed up the recovery of RC. Officers in the Stamp and Registration Department were told to review documents above the standard on-site. At the meeting, present were DM Manish Kumar Verma, ADM Finance and Revenue Atul Kumar, Assistant Inspector General Registration (First) BS Verma, Assistant Inspector General Registration (Second) Brijesh Kumar, officials from Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna and Bulandshahr Development Authority and various others.
