Officials also said that the project would cost around Rs 370 crore per year to operate, while the annual revenue expected through rent and advertising is around Rs 145 crore.

Apart from this, the region is soon going to get an alternate route which will reduce travel time and solve the traffic-related issues. Taking an important decision towards strengthening the road network in Delhi-NCR, the Central Government has approved a new 30 km long expressway. This expressway will connect Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and the future Jewar International Airport. This route will be built parallel to the existing Noida-Greater Noida Expressway along the Yamuna river and will connect Pushta Road to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway. This proposal was put forward by Gautam Buddha Nagar MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma, which has recently been approved by Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari.
