Sachin was the first player to score a double-century in men’s ODI. He achieved this feat against South Africa in Gwalior on February 24, 2010.

Sachin scored an unbeaten 200 runs off 147 balls which included 25 fours and 3 sixes.

Sachin Was Surpassed By Sehwag And Rohit

After Tendulkar’s majestic double ton, he’s record was shattered by his fellow opener Virender Sehwag and later on Rohit Sharma went into next level and slammed 3 double-hundreds (2013, 2014, and 2017).
