The rumors regarding the new design shift in the Apple iPhone family have reached a fevered pitch. Every user and enthusiast is seemingly trying to grasp a mere look at what the new iPhone 17 series might look like. In a recent video Unbox Therapy, the famed Youtuber Known for reviewing tech and other products disclosed a slew of clones that closely mimicked the look of the upcoming iPhone 17 series. While the clones he reviewed for the iPhone 17 and 17Pro were similar to the ones we have already seen in the older leaks. The replica for the iPhone 17 Pro Max seemed very highly detailed and finished in a construction that could be very similar to the final product that Apple releases.
The New clone showcased the changes that the new series would have, quite profoundly, we could see the aluminum chassis as well as the glass back construction of the phone. The iPhone 17 Pro seems very different from any of the phones that are currently on sale from Apple.

New Changes To The Construction of The Phone
Over the years Apple has been innovating new ways to give their phone the utmost advantage possible. It was in this pursuit that the manufacturer shifted to titanium frames with the new iPhone. But as per a new rumor it has become apparent that the manufacturer would return to the normal Aluminum frames for three out of Four iPhone 17 models.
Mac rumor’s reports based on a investor note with research firm Gf Securities, obtained by mac rumor’s this week by Apple’s supply chain analyst Jeff Pu said that the iPhone 17 , iPhone 17 pro and iPhone 17 pro Max would all be equipped with aluminum frames. And the iPhone 17 air would be using the Titanium Frame.
The New Change
This would be a change for the 17 pro models since all the older 15 and 16 series models had Titanium frames that allowed them to save up on weight and be lighter than that of the older generation phones.
As per reports by Jeff Pu it has become apparent that Apple Would be using Aluminum Due to environmental considerations, Aluminum has a lower carbon footprint, compared to that of the Titanium. Apple has significant plans to become carbon neutral for all its products in the supply chain by 2030.
Its Still Unclear why the thinner model would be using the Titanium frame while the normal phones would be using Aluminum Frames. The Chassis is not always constructed out of Titanium Thoroughly, Often the Chassis is molded out of amalgam of Titanium and Aluminum that allows the body of the phone to be light and do not loose on strength. Its possible that Apple Might modify these changes to help the phone have high structural integrity with low weight, or some new innovation could be on the cards.
