After a bout of profound anticipation Nothing has finally launched its all new flagship the Nothing Phone 3, It’s the first true flagship smartphone after 2 years. With the launch of the phone the company has tapped into a new arena that was earlier not a significant part for their line up. The standout features of the phone include a redesigned Glyph panel and new additions such as an all-new camera placement, Glyph Matrix as well as the essential key.
The standout upgrade that became a part of profound contention was that the smartphone was designed to be using an older processor. And beyond that the earlier leaks had revealed what the phone might look like and the rather unconventional looks of the phone became a major talking point for the critics as well.
The Nothing Phone 3 follows the same stylings traditions as that of the older Nothing phones. The phone has new additions to the rear panel of the phone that includes a Glyph matrix, which would be made up of 489 individually firing LEDs, Glyph button as well as a red button for showcasing recording light.
The display of the phone would be a 6.67 inch flexible AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 4500 Nits of peak brightness. The front of the phone would be equipped with a 50 Mp selfie camera as well.
On the performance front the phone would be equipped with a snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor that has been fabricated with TSMC’s 4Nm process. It claims to include an 8-core CPU with up to 3.21 GHZ and also feature a Qualcomm Adreno 825 Gpu, beyond that Nothing has equipped the phone with a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU to manage AI related tasks.
Lastly the phone would be equipped with a 5500 mAh silicon carbon battery that supports 65W fast charging. The smartphone would be running on Nothing S 3.5 based on Android 15 with Nothing OS 4.0 based on Android 16 announced to be rolled out in Q3 2025. The software would further include several new features including essential space, essential search and more.
Nothing Phone 3 Price and Availability
The Nothing Phone 3 would be available in Two colorways: Black and White. In Terms of pricing the smartphone has been priced at Rs 79,999 for the 256 Gb variant, pre-ordering for the device would start on July 4 and the sale officially starts on July 15, 2025.

Mr Whose The Boss
Mr Who’s the boss is a prominent tech reviewer who while reviewing the phone went to great lengths to discover and showcase the merits and demerits of the phone. The first critique he had was that Nothing has been rather late in equipping their phone with Ip 68 waterproofing and beyond that the brand has not equipped the phone with flagship screen protection, rather than the Victus 2, the phone has been equipped with Gorilla glass 7i. He further had mixed opinions regarding the Glyph Matrix of the phone as well, as per him in 2025 the matrix is not his cup of tea and he finds them a bit redundant. He further built on the fact that the phone would be mowed down by the Samsung flagships. He was impressed by the screen and he pointed out that Nothing uses LTPS rather than LTPO which limits its refresh rate abilities.

Although overall impressed by the phone he pointed out that its not fair that the phone has skipped on Glyph lights to bring in the glyph matrix. The comparison with Galaxy devices further showcases the phones limitations as for a similar price the phone would be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 elite. Going by the handy size of the phone and the screen size the reviewer praised the screen of the phone. The camera alignment was a big critique for the reviewer and he regarded it as a bit off. Unanimously every reviewer has put the phone down due to its older chipset compared to that of the other flagships in the range.
