The Chinese manufacturer Realme has taken the initial step to blur the lines in between the possibility of having a phone instead of a full fledged camera. At the recent Mobile World Congress the brand has showcased its new concept phone that can be attached to extensive camera lenses. The Phone would then provide you the same capabilities as that of a expensive high end Mirrorless Camera.
Realme’s new interchangeable lens concept allows the users to swap between lenses and provide you with similar features and capabilities as that of the DSLR cameras or mirror less cameras. Users can easily attach full frame mirrorless lens direction to the phone. That would let you enhance Zoom or maybe have different uses for the phone. These changes have been specifically designed for users.
The Phone comes along with an adapter that would allow you to use different lenses for the most creative shots. You can attach some of the most expensive camera lenses such as the Leica M11 or something like the Canon m6, The Phone can possibly be attached to DSLR lenses as well.
Beyond the lens functionality the phone further has a few conventional lenses as well that would allow you to take normal photo graphs and ditch the extended camera as and when necessary. Whether this phone would be launched or not is still a mystery its possible that the brand might have showcased the concept just to showcase their prowess as a manufacturer. Manufacturers often shy away from such concepts as they serve a very singular purpose and witness low sales proportions.
