A viral image reveals a driver pulling out a QR code from his smartwatch to share it with the passenger. The caption on the post read, “Auto anna pulled out the #peakBengaluru move.” Many have X’d the post, which was originally by user Vishvajeet, garnering more than 27,000 likes and over 580,000 views.

As expected, the comments section is filled with reactions praising the tech-savvy driver. One user wrote, “Anna: 1. All of us: 0.” Another commented, “Auto Anna is getting more digital!” A third user said, “This city is something else #peakBengaluru.”

A similar story involving another driver in Bengaluru sparked interest on the internet last year. Once a commuter chose to use the Namma Yatri service and requested to pay via QR code, the driver came up with his smartwatch.
