‘I once went river rafting in Rishikesh with some friends. Our boatman had a great deal of respect for the river and was very polite and nice. Another user stated, “I don’t know what happened here, but I think the tourists may have caused some trouble.’

‘From what I’ve been told about this occurrence. Despite being instructed not to, the tourists were consuming wine on the riverbanks. They were beaten up after verbally abusing individuals when they were confronted, a third user said.
