Sunny Priyan
Ingredients: 10-12 plain biscuits, 1 cup of strong brewed coffee, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of whipped cream, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, pinch of salt.
Combine brewed coffee, cocoa powder, and sugar in a bowl, stirring until completely dissolved.
Immerse each biscuit in the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
In a bowl, mix whipped cream, melted butter, and vanilla essence. Stir gently.
Top the dipped biscuits with a layer of the cream mixture, then continue layering biscuits and cream alternately.
Cover the pudding and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream or cocoa powder. Enjoy!
