Sweet boondi, cream cheese, condensed milk, thick yogurt (hung curd), cardamom powder, crushed biscuits, melted butter, saffron strands, and salt, lemon juice, rose petals.
Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a medium-sized bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix well.
Whisk together cream cheese, condensed milk & whipped cream until smooth.
Pipe the cheesecake layer over the crust.
Add a layer of sweet boondi at the bottom. Spoon in a layer of cheesecake mixture.
