2 eggs, ¾ cup mango puree, ½ cup yogurt or buttermilk, ¼ cup chopped nuts, ½ cup sugar, 1½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ cup oil or butter, 1 tsp baking powder.

In the first step, take a medium-sized bowl and mix all the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, and baking soda together. Combine well.

Next, take a mixing bowl and whisk the wet ingredients like sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and mango puree together to form a smooth paste.

Now you have to combine the dry and wet ingredients together to form a smooth and lump free batter.

Now, preheat your oven at 350°F (175°C). Pour a generous amount of batter in the muffin tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven. Set aside and let it cool for a few minutes. Your mango muffins are now ready.
